About

Built for hospitals that have been over-promised before

DV SOFT Healthcare Management is hospital management software from DV SOFT: one system for the front desk, the laboratory, the pharmacy, the wards and the invoice, described as it is today.

Who it is for

Four kinds of hospital, one system

From a single-site clinic to a group running several hospitals.

Clinics and nursing homes

Single sites of around 10 to 50 beds, often run by an owner-doctor. The hosted edition means no server to look after, and published prices mean you know the cost before you call.

Mid-size hospitals

Around 50 to 200 beds, with an administrator and an IT team. Inpatient, theatre, laboratory and analytics on the Professional plan, with invoices raised from completed work, and a signed audit trail on every plan.

Diagnostic centres and polyclinics

A laboratory where one person enters a result and another releases it, critical values stay in view until the call is recorded, and patients see only what has been released.

Hospital groups

Several sites on one system. Multi-branch is available on the self-hosted edition, where the group runs the system on its own server and owns the data outright.

How we build it

Say what it does. Say where it stops.

We describe the software as it is

Every feature on this site is described by what happens on screen, and where a feature stops, the limit is written beside it. The prescribing checks are a starter set. A critical-value alert does not make the phone call for you. For hospitals in India, ABHA numbers and consent are recorded, ready for ABDM integration, and are not sent to the national gateway today.

Warnings inform; they do not block

A clinician who cannot override a warning learns to work around the system, and then it protects nobody. So the software warns, asks for a reason and records it. The decision stays with the clinician, and the record of it stays with the patient.

Two people where it matters

A lab result is entered by one person and released by another, and the system refuses to let anyone verify their own. Credit notes and write-offs are kept away from whoever takes the money, so the person at the counter cannot also decide that a debt is gone.

Your data is yours

On the hosted edition your records sit in a database of their own. On your own server they never leave it, and the backups are plain MySQL dumps. On the Professional plan and above, a patient's record can be exported as a FHIR R4 bundle that other systems can read.

No numbers we have not measured

You will not find a savings percentage, a sizing figure or an availability promise on this site. Where a number would have to be measured first, we would rather leave it out than invent it.

Who makes it

DV SOFT Healthcare Management is made by DV SOFT, which builds healthcare software in India.

Editions

Two ways to run it

The same software either way. The difference is where the data sits.

Hosted for you

We run the server. Your workspace has its own address and carries your hospital's name and logo, and its records are kept in their own database. The hosted edition is single-site.

On your own server

It runs on your hardware, inside your network, with no internet connection needed. Your data never leaves the building, and multi-branch is available for groups running several sites.
