These terms apply to your use of this website, the DV SOFT Healthcare Management product site run by DV SOFT. By using the site you accept them.

They do not cover the software itself. A subscription is governed by the agreement you accept when you sign up, and where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.

The information on this site

The pages here describe the software and how it can be bought. We work to keep them accurate, but the software changes over time and a page may occasionally lag behind it. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or regulatory advice.

Prices and plans

Prices and plan limits are shown as they are listed in our plans at the time you view them, and may change. The price and limits that apply to a subscription are the ones set out when you sign up.

Forms, demos and quotes

Sending us a contact, demo or quote form does not create a contract, and does not commit you or us to anything. It simply asks us to reply. What we do with the details you send is explained in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

try to get into parts of the site or the software you have not been given access to;
interfere with the site, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
use the forms to send spam, or send details that are not yours or that you know to be false;
copy the site’s content in bulk, or present it as your own.

We may block access from anyone who does.
