Capabilities

What each module does

And which of today's plans include it.

Pharmacy stock

The medicine catalogue and its stock, with a warning before a shelf runs low or a medicine nears expiry.

  • Generic names, so the prescribing checks work across brands
  • Reorder levels, and expiry warnings 90 days ahead
  • Stock moves only through dispensing, receiving, transfers or a counted correction with a reason

Plans

  • Starter : included
  • Professional : included

Dispensing

Dispense against a prescription or at the counter, taking the stock down and raising the invoice in the same step.

  • A worklist of prescriptions waiting at the counter
  • Stock is checked and taken down as items are dispensed
  • A reversal puts the stock back and cancels the invoice, and only a pharmacist or administrator can do it

Plans

  • Starter : included
  • Professional : included

Suppliers and purchasing

Suppliers, purchase orders and goods received: the one route by which new stock enters the pharmacy.

  • A supplier register shared across the hospital
  • Numbered purchase orders, received into stock when the goods arrive
  • Stock transfers between branches on multi-branch (self-hosted) installations

Plans

  • Starter : not included
  • Professional : included

Equipment

An equipment register with service history, so maintenance and warranties are not left to memory.

  • In use, idle, under maintenance or retired
  • A service log with the next due date, and overdue assets flagged
  • Warranty expiry flagged 60 days ahead

Plans

  • Starter : not included
  • Professional : included
