A single-site hospital that passes its plan's limits is not pushed onto another plan. We raise the limits on the plan you already have, without touching anyone else on it, and agree what that costs case by case.

Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out. A workspace whose trial ends without a paid plan becomes read-only: staff can still open every record, but cannot add or change anything until the subscription is paid.
Yes. Moving up switches the new plan's modules on immediately. Until then, a module your plan does not include shows a page explaining what it does, rather than an error.
Hospitals in India are billed in Indian rupees. Hospitals in every other country are billed in US dollars, at the dollar prices shown when you choose US dollars at the top of this page. A plan with no dollar price is quoted for each hospital outside India: ask us for a quote.
Nothing is charged automatically. An invoice is raised for your plan and billing cycle, and it is marked paid when your payment arrives.
Yes. Each hospital's records live in a separate database, and sensitive fields such as medical history, allergies and lab results are encrypted at rest.
